A number of disposal wells have been shut-in across Oklahoma after a 5.6-magnitude earthquake shook the state and surrounding region on September 3, 2016, according to reports.
The epicenter of the quake was pinpointed to Pawnee County, just outside of Tulsa.
Currently, 37 of the state's 3,200 wastewater disposal wells are shut-in.
No injuries have been reported in connection with the earthquake.
