Concurrent with the closing of the OMP-Crestwood Merger, Oasis directors N. John Lancaster Jr. and John Jacobi were appointed to Crestwood's Board of Directors. Both Messrs. Lancaster and Jacobi will continue to serve on Oasis' Board of Directors.
